Sentimental Slide Show
At one wedding I was a guest at, the bridesmaids (mostly family of the bride) had a slide show made of pictures of the bride and the groom growing up and the pictures of them together during their dating/engagement. It was extremely touching. It was set to a few songs that were special to the couple. By the end of the 10-15 minute show, everyone was in tears.
If you’d like to make such a show for the special couple, it is easy to do at home. Just using Windows Movie Maker or Windows DVD maker, anyone that is barely computer literate and put together a memorable gift. Just add a few songs that the couple will appreciate. Or add songs about special times like The Time of My Life by Green Day or I Will Remember You by Sarah McLachlan.
What a special gift! This would also work really well at a bridal shower! Think of all the people that are special to the bride and include pictures of her with them. She’ll treasure it forever!

Wedding Arranged Seating
I was just watching a funny movie that had a bride and a groom along with several family members trying to figure out the seating arrangement for their wedding reception. It was so complicated trying to make everyone happy. Not all family members get along. Not everyone knows everyone. So complicated!
Here’s a tool to help simplify at least part of the planning. I found it online. It allows you to drag and click to plan a seating arrangement and even the layout/floor plan for your reception.
Also, if you need help making table cards and printed seating plans, etsy is a great place to try. You can use their “Alchemy” feature to request items. People will send you bids to make what you need. You can request items that will coordinate well with your wedding. How pretty that will be!
Hope all is well for the brides planning the day of their life!

Bachelorette Party Outfits
A maid of honor I know came up with the concept for these shirts. They had a theme to their bachelorette party and wanted matching/coordinating shirts for everyone to wear to the party. Ben at GT Screenprint came up with these designs. The girls loved them! Now the MOH can’t wait to order custom shirts for the next bachelorette party she is attending.
